Ownership/management strives for greatness and really motivates the team. All while maintaining a relaxed-yet fast paced environment, allowing the staff to feel comfortable in their own skin. No dress codes, encouraging personalities to shine through and avoid the typical stale office setting. Management understands and respects the struggles of working parents. You could have an easy day or you could be out of town for 14 hours a day depending on the route. No accountability for the way your truck will be loaded, it will always fall back on the driver. Most of the people that I work with look depressed all the time and hate their lives.
