Jessline Yap lives by Walt Disney’s quote ‘all our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them’. At the young age of 24, she conducted food retail management and operations training for international licensees from various countries, travelling to places like UAE, Australia and Hong Kong as part of her work.

In recent years, Jessline’s experience in learning design and facilitation, workplace learning and on-the-job training (OJT) have seen her provide client organisations with bespoke, action-oriented solutions in building sustainable structures and processes. These experiences were shared during the Adult Learning Symposium (2016).

Jessline’s deep belief in personal growth and professional mastery drives her relentless work with individuals. As a Certified Behavioural Consultant, she works with these individuals to discover their DISC Profiles and how it impacts their behaviour and communication at work.

Jessline further supports and partners them in the acquisition of reflection, training, coaching and mentoring skills.
