Faith graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Science and Statistics. She has more than 10 years of experience working in the education and training sector, and another 6 years in a government-linked company and civil service, primary in the field of corporate and marketing communications.

Throughout her 17 years as a corporate and marketing communications practitioner, Faith has built a reputation for leading, developing and implementing numerous marketing campaigns, organisation-wide events, new product launches, branding, publications, establishing an online presence, media monitoring analytics and stakeholders’ engagement for organisations. These effective strategies deployed have resulted in stronger brand positioning, brand retention, closer alignment of strategic goals for the organisations and excellent feedback from stakeholders. Faith’s training and consulting expertise include integrated marketing; communications strategies; branding; writing compelling press releases; project management; teaching the English Language.

Pamela has been involved in training, operations, coaching and audit in the food & beverage and hospitality industry for close to 30 years. For 14 years, she was formerly the Head of Training and Operations for a foodservice organisation that manages several renowned restaurant brands and outlets across the region. Pamela’s development and delivery of training roadmaps, courses and audits have resulted in significant improvement of team members’ performance and service standard of the multi-chain organisation.

Pamela’s training and consulting expertise includes: customer service, manpower planning, people management, safety at work, audit, food & beverage operations in service industry; experiential classroom learning, on-the-job and blended training for service quality, train-the-trainers; opening of new outlets to ensure smooth operations workflow; developing standard operating procure manuals for franchisees. She also possesses 15 years of experience in menu creation of drinks, dessert and pastries, resulting in an increase of sales to food outlets across the region. On the lighter side, Pamela was the main facilitator for team-bonding events for the multi-chain organisation. Her one-of-a-kind facilitation skills helped produce meaningful and lasting organisational outcomes, receiving excellent feedback from management and staff.
