Programme Synopsis

For any On-the-Job Training at the workplace, it is important to appreciate the use of OJT Blueprint to facilitate the consistent adoption of OJT. This is to ensure that OJT follows the standardised steps to deliver a uniform OJT demonstration system at the Workplace.

This is a practice-driven programme where Team Leaders learn to appreciate, employ and develop the OJT Blueprint when conducting OJT demonstration at the workplace.

By the end of the session

Participants will be able to:

Explain the difference between OJT versus classroom training and the importance of OJT at the workplace

Explain the various terms used in the OJT Blueprint and how the blueprint facilitates OJT demonstration

Develop a basic blueprint for On-the-Job Demonstration using flip charts

Age Range

At least 18 – 75 years old

No prior work experience required

Basic English language 0r Chinese proficiency required

8  hours (One Day)

This is a foundational programme aim at Supervisors who lead and manage a small group of direct reports at the workplace where OJT demonstration is prevalent. The Team Leader can be a Supervisor or a Section head in any organisational setting.
